Operators that provide telephone services available to the public must provide the SGDA updated files on their subscribers' data, in accordance with the requirements described in:

The entities authorised to access subscriber data, such as emergency services and the providers of information services on subscriber numbers (118AB), must download the files from SGDA at the frequency specified in the Circular.

These agents can provide and download subscriber data securely through the web-based uploading and downloading application that is accessible from this page, or integrate their information systems with the upload and download API published by this agency.

Register in the system

Operators

Operators can authorise one or more representatives to access the SGDA. An electronic certificate is required to receive notifications or communications related to the obligations of this system.

Registration must be requested by using the application and document submission form application and document submission form and attaching the file, which has been electronically signed by the legal representative of the operator listed in the registry of operators.

Authorised entities

From the application submission form, fill in and send this file signed by the legal representative of the entity, together with the certified or authenticated documentation that certifies its capacity and representation (this documentation will not be necessary if said entity is deemed to be an operator and the legal representative matches that listed in the registry of operators), to the CNMC's Dirección de Telecomunicaciones y Sector Audiovisual (C. Bolívia, 56 - 08018 Barcelona).

Once you receive the decision from the CNMC authorising access to the data, you can authorise one or more representatives to access the SGDA.

Request to register said representatives in the SGDA system by sending the following telematic form and attaching the file, which has been electronically signed by the legal representative previously indicated.

An electronic certificate is required to receive notifications or communications related to the obligations of this system.

 

Test and application integration environment

Once registered in the SGDA information system, the authorised contacts will have access to the testing and integration environment by using their electronic certificate, electronic component certificate or electronic corporate seal. Oauth credentials will also be provided.

Technical requirements

Certificate Digital Certificate

A digital certificate for a natural or legal person or representative that has been issued by any provider of certification services that has made the required notification to the Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital, pursuant to Article 30 Ley 59/2003, de 19 de diciembre, de firma electrónica, and by the DNI-e, issued by the Dirección General de la Policía.
