Acceso al sistema de información para la certificación de biocarburantes (SICBIOS)
- Circular 2/2017, de 8 de febrero, de la Comisión Nacional de Energía, por la que se regulan los procedimientos de constitución, gestión y reparto del fondo de pagos compensatorios del mecanismo de fomento del uso de biocarburantes y otros combustibles renovables con fines de transporte.

Technical requirements
Digital Certificate
A digital certificate for a natural or legal person or representative that has been issued by any provider of certification services that has made the required notification to the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda, pursuant to Article 30 of Law 59/2003, Law 59/2003 of 19 December on the electronic signature, and by the DNI-e, issued by the General Directorate of the Police.
