Responsibility of the Electronic Office of the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC)
Article 2 and in the following sections of Resolution of 8 November 2013, of the Office of the President of the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission, which created the electronic office of the organism, specifies:
- d) The owner of the Electronic Office shall be the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia.
- e) The technological management of the Office shall be the responsibility of the General Secretariat of the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia, which shall exercise it through the Subdirectorate of Information and Communications Systems Technologies.
- f) Content management: The contents, procedures and services that may be made available to citizens through the Electronic Office shall be managed and coordinated by the President's Office. The management body or director shall be responsible for managing its own procedures.
The Electronic Office contains links to third-party web pages that are deemed to be of interest to users. However, the CNMC does not accept any responsibility related to or derived from the connection to or contents of said links.
Privacy and Data Protection Policy
The CNMC undertakes to comply with its duty to secrecy as concerns the personal data that may be requested through the services of this Offices, and with its duty to process it confidentially, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December,on the Protection of Personal Data. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid any unauthorised access to or alteration, loss or processing thereof.
The purpose of automated processing of personal data is to manage, provide, expand and improve the services requested at all times by users and to process the queries submitted by them.
Users may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, deletion or objection by sending a letter to the CNMC at postal address c/ Alcalá 47 (28014), Madrid.
